Henry Johnson

Henry is a very experienced veteran of the consumer goods /retailing industry with a deep general management background in retail, computer software, and consulting services. As a key member of the management team, he was instrumental in the turnaround of a three billion dollar company from an annual loss to an above industry average profit.

In an over 30 year career with the Grand Union company, he held senior management positions in operations, merchandising and marketing and last served in the capacity of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer. He served also as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Committee responsible for marketing and operational strategies.

He has served as the chairman of human asset software company, Compusked Inc., which developed a retailer designed software application that expanded nationally and globally, ending up with installation at over 5,000 locations worldwide.

Currently he consults to suppliers and retailers in the areas of labor management, marketing, and serves as a permanent member of the Wakefern Corporation (Shop Rite), site-development board. In that capacity he is responsible for the approval of real estate selections and store remodels based upon financial reviews.

Henry has developed an expertise within the Convenience store channel, where he applies the experiences of a successful career in the Supermarket marketing and tailors solutions to all of the business issues of this rapidly changing channel.

He also applies his vast fiscal background in assisting clients of all types in the financial planning aspects of their businesses.
