With almost 30 years of sales and customer service experience, Jim Toole understands what it takes to provide top notch service to customers in many industries.

Starting as a Sales Representative and working his way to upper management with Unilever, Jim has experienced and fostered customer service at every level within several organizations across the country.  Jim has trained many capable individuals in the art and science of customer service, which in turn helped build better customer relations.
