Paul Hebert began his career as a sales representative and eventually holding several important management positions during his 30-year career with Thomas J. Lipton, Inc. a division of Unilever Foods NA. In the early 1990’s, he was a key member of the original team developing policies/procedures and the eventual national roll-out of Lipton’s Trade Marketing Department.
As National Director of Trade Marketing for Lipton, he directed all aspects of the Annual Business Plan and was responsible for all trade marketing functions. He spearheaded the corporate planning process by collaborating extensively with sales and marketing teams in developing strategic customer-based plans to achieve profitability and market share objectives.
After his long career with Lipton, he worked with several start-up companies, such as Nuvim, Inc. and Heartland Foods as an independent consultant. Managing a broker network in all Northeastern Markets, he developed and implemented sales and distribution plans designed to promote the planning and execution of the most effective trade promotion vehicles.
