Clothing for Sale, A potential customer yearns to hear the words, May I help you?

Many of us experience what David Sax experienced recently while shopping for clothes in a Brooklyn Store.  His complaint  was published in the New York Times . I  tend never to highlight shortfalls in service excellence, but decided to reference this story only to call to mind the negative state of service that is still dominate in many retailing businesses.  This particular story plays out probably once a week in all of our lives as we deal with uncaring service people.

We have a recourse!  Take your business somewhere else, where a shop owner or associate appreciates your business and understands its value in these very difficult times.
